Our selection of foie gras
Our goose and duck foie gras, as well as our duck breasts, are imported weekly from Hungary or Bulgaria. We offer them raw, prepared, in terrine, or wrapped in cloth. We can cut the prepared foie gras into blocks of 250g or 500g or into individual slices of 80g. The foie gras is cut and vacuum-packed in our laboratory in Brussels at the customer's request.
