Our selection of smoked salmon
The salmon comes from the Atlantic Ocean, on the Norwegian or Scottish coasts. A selection of freshness, size, and firmness of flesh is made by our specialists on site. Upon arrival in Brussels, the pieces are smoked according to our unique recipe, tested and approved by gastronomes. Available whole or hand-sliced, optionally on trays of 200 or 500g.
