Mostly sourced from Alaska, our salmon eggs belong to the "Chum No.
1" or "Keta" or "TSHAWYTSCHA" "KING" species. They are prized for
their color ranging from light orange to bright, as well as for
their slightly pronounced yet very flavorful taste, making them a
delight for gourmets. Imports are carried out globally to ensure
consistent and impeccable quality. Packaging is done, according to
the customer's wishes, directly in our laboratory in Waterloo.
