The "Imperial Gold" caviar is a selection of caviar from a hybrid
species: Acipenser Schrenckii x Huso Dauricus, sourced from China.
The fish are raised in Sino-Russian lakes along the Amur River and
enjoy the space needed to move freely. As a result, they burn off
excess fat, allowing us to enjoy the firmness of their grains. The
sturgeon, fed in captivity, thus produces semi-wild caviar. The
selection guarantees a very rare caviar with its golden colors,
large well-separated grains, and firm texture.
