Most of our smoked sturgeon is imported from Beluga. The flesh of this fish is just as highly prized as caviar and is also regarded as a gourmet dish.

Our two options are :

• block smoked, to be sliced according to your requirements
• tinned smoked, half-fresh block in olive oil (more flavoursome than tuna).
